Healthy water quality
Clear water is not necessarily healthy! Too high a level of chemicals makes your water clear,but very unhealthy to dangerous for bathing. Too often we are dealing with use of pure copper sulfate (prohibited by law) or even too high levels of cyanoic acid due to unnecessary chlorine use.
Optimal filtering
Of course, a solid purification system is very important. But then its proper use and maintenance is also crucial. Timely pre-filter cleaning and backwashing, along with theproper use of chemicals are very important to ensure a long life of your filter and pump.
Energy Saving
Energy and water cost money. We are all aware of that. The purification system must run sufficiently, but also not longer than necessary! At Pool Service Deffontaine, each customer has his personal maintenance folder for proper monitoring of the measured values. The chemicals applied and treatments such as backwashing or repairs are noted. As are the hours of operation of the purification system.
The number of hours and schedule for operation of the purification system is determined by the pump/filter capacity and the volume of the pool.
Depending on usage, season, weather conditions and temperature, the timetable is always adjusted and closely monitored to strive for ideal filtration with the lowestpossible consumption. We also take into account the peak and off-peak rates of your electricity supplier or possible use of solar panels.All this not only brings water and energy savings, but also the life span of the purification system is indisputably extended in all aspects.

Thorough polishing with controlled disinfection
Ghost visits or of 5 minutes do not exist at Pool Service Deffontaine. Both summer and winter you get a thorough cleaning at every visit.
Vacuuming, intensive brushing of the walls, corners, waterline AND bottom of the pool. Cleaning of skimmer and pre-filter, periodic backwashing, adjustments of chemicals according to measured values, control and maintenance of the filter system.
Personal contact and trust
At Pool Service Deffontaine you are not a number and may be sure of the agreed service. Even if you are not present! Your pool is included in a round according to zone with a fixed maintenance day that is rarely deviated from. Even if the round falls on a holiday. Only in extreme weather conditions may the day or time of maintenance vary. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and therefore do NOT make binding contracts. Although the agreement is determined on an annual basis, you are free to terminate the agreement at any time.
